#Which websites can I save videos from?
Official support covers YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu (RedNote). Other sites may work when media is detected, but not every website is guaranteed. DRM-protected video cannot be saved.
#What if a video is not detected automatically?
Play the video, refresh the page, or open the extension again. If it still does not appear, check whether the site is supported. Not every video on every website is guaranteed.
#Can I save only the audio from a video?
Yes. On supported videos, you can save the audio on its own.
#Can I download high-quality video?
You can choose from the qualities the source provides. If a high-quality option such as 1080p is detected, you can select it. Available quality still depends on the site and the video.
#Which quality or format should I choose?
Choose video if you want to watch it, or audio if you only need to listen. Higher quality makes a larger file.
#What is Fast-Track?
Fast-Track quickly collects and saves media from the current page. You can keep working after you start it, and plan limits differ. See the pricing comparison for counts.
#Can I extract a script from a video?
Yes. Pro can turn speech into a script. STT is not included on Free or Plus.
#What should I do if a download fails?
Play the video again, refresh the page, and retry. If it keeps failing, check support coverage and troubleshooting, or contact support.
