Questions about sign-in, account safety, payment details, and leaving.
#How do I sign in?
You can sign in with a Google account. Other buttons on the login screen are not available yet.
#Is my account kept safe?
Sign-in is handled by the account authentication service. 321 Downloader does not store your password itself.
#Does 321 Downloader store my card details?
No. 321 Downloader does not store card numbers or CVC. Stripe handles payment information.
#How do I delete my account?
Request account deletion from Account management on the account page. You can cancel during the waiting period after you request it.
#Does account deletion also end my subscription?
When withdrawal completes, the subscription is settled so no future automatic charge remains. Withdrawal is not a refund.
#What happens to my data after I leave?
Personal data is deleted or de-identified. Order and payment records needed for law or tax may be kept for a period of time.
#Can I sign up again after leaving?
You can sign up again with the same email. A previous paid plan and deleted personal or STT data are not restored automatically.
