#Before you install

Install guidance is for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on desktop. The latest stable version is recommended.

A store install needs an internet connection. If that browser’s store listing is not public yet, the install button may stay disabled.

#Install on Chrome

Use the current install path on the Chrome download page. If the official store listing exists, you go there. If it does not, the install button stays disabled.

After install, pinning the icon to the toolbar makes the panel easier to open. If you do not see the icon, check 321 Downloader in the browser extension list.

#Install on Firefox

Check the current guidance on the Firefox download page. If the Firefox add-on listing is public, install from that path.

We do not claim install before that listing exists. After install, confirm 321 Downloader appears in the add-on list.

#Install on Edge

Check the current guidance on the Edge download page. If the Edge add-on listing is public, install from that path.

We do not claim install before that listing exists. After install, confirm the extension icon or panel is available.

#Confirm the install finished

In the browser extension list, confirm 321 Downloader is on. If clicking the icon opens the panel, the install worked.

Open a page with video or audio, check that items appear, then follow How to use.

#Updates

When a store listing is public, the browser handles extension updates. There is no separate manual updater. You can check the listed 321 Downloader in the browser extension manager.

#If install does not work

Check that you are on Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, that the store listing is public, and that extension and download permissions are allowed.
