Questions that come up while installing and right after setup.

#How do I install 321 Downloader?

Install the desktop extension on Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Safari and mobile apps are not offered. See Install for the steps.

#I installed it, but I cannot see the icon.

Open the browser extensions menu, find 321 Downloader, and pin it to the toolbar.

#Can I use it right after installing?

Yes. Open a page with a video and launch 321 Downloader. See How to use for the full flow.

#Why does the extension need permissions?

The browser needs permission to find video on the page and save files. If permissions are turned off, detection or saving may fail.

#How do I update it?

Extensions installed from the store update automatically in the browser. If a change does not appear, check for updates in the extensions page or refresh the tab.
