#What Script / STT is
STT turns speech from the selected video or audio into text. You review the result as a script. Not every language or length is guaranteed.
#Captions versus speech recognition
Captions already on the page and an STT script are not the same path. You may still need to generate a script when captions are visible, and you may still create text from speech when captions are missing if the plan allows it.
#Create a script
Pick the media that needs a script, confirm the current plan allows STT, then request generation. Allowance follows the plan shown on pricing or the account.
#What you see while it runs
After you request it, you see processing, complete, or failed. Processing time depends on the media and page state. This article does not give a fixed time.
#Review the generated script
When processing ends, review the generated text. The result is based on speech obtained from the page. It is not guaranteed to match the original wording exactly.
#What affects accuracy
Results vary with audio quality, speaking speed, overlapping sound, and the speech obtained from the page. This article does not assert accuracy or supported languages.
#When a script cannot be created
You cannot generate a script if the current plan does not include STT, or if speech cannot be confirmed on the selected media. Pick the media again or check the plan.
#Use by plan
On the public plan view, STT is available on Pro and Ultra. It is not included on Free and Plus. Actual allowance follows Pricing and the plan shown on the account.
