You can delete your account from the account page. After you confirm, service access ends, future automatic payments stop, and personal data is deleted. Some payment records may be kept when the law requires it. Deleting an account is not a refund.

Support inquiries are handled carefully

Inquiries submitted through the help center are stored so operators can review them. We do not publish a support email on public pages, and inquiry access is limited to authorized admin workflows.
