#Introduction

321 Downloader is a 321BRO product for saving reference video and audio, and for speech-to-text (STT) where a plan allows it.

By using the Service you are asked to read these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Final acceptance language is pending legal review.

#Interpretation and Definitions

“Company”, “we”, and “us” refer to 321BRO. 321 Downloader is operated by OK TK COMPANY LIMITED. The registration number and postal address are not published on this draft.

#Account and Access

Some features require a 321BRO account. Sign-in on the website currently uses Supabase Auth. Google, Apple, and Facebook are the live OAuth providers shown on the login screen.

WeChat and Microsoft buttons may appear as placeholders. They do not complete sign-in until enabled. You are responsible for keeping access to your account credentials and connected devices.

#Prohibited Activities

You may not probe, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law allows, and you may not use it to distribute malware or to impersonate 321BRO.

#Subscriptions and Billing

Public plan names (Free, Plus, Pro, Ultra) and usage limits may appear on the site. Public checkout is not enabled in the current website.

#Refunds and Cancellation

You may stop using the Service, sign out, or delete your account from Account. After you confirm deletion, service access ends and future automatic payments stop. Account deletion is not a refund.

#Limitation of Liability
